Coal is a non-renewable resource that supports the healthy development of all walks of life in China.Especially after reform and opening up,the demand for coal has also increased rapidly with economic development.Although the use of new energy sources has had a great impact on the coal industry, there will still be a large demand for coal in the future. In recent years, due to the rapid development of e-commerce,the coal network trading platform has emerged as the times require, but due to the lack of consideration of the multi-attribute of coal,it is not possible to achieve an optimal match between the supply and demand sides, and it ignores the problem of coal pollution during the sea-rail intermodal transportation,The operation of the coal network trading platform was unsatisfactory. Therefore, the indicators of both supply and demand sides, transportation routes and carbon emissions should be considered at the same time to achieve the optimal matching between the two sides and obtain the greatest economic and social benefits.Based on this, this paper has done the following work:The research background and significance of this paper are described first, and some related literatures are analyzed.Secondly, the related theories of coal supply chain, bilateral matching and information axiom of the sea-rail combined transportation are expounded, which lays a good theoretical foundation for the next research. After analyzing the current status of the coal industry,a low-carbon coal supply-demand match was proposed, and a corresponding indicator system was established. After describing the problem, making model assumptions, and determining the calculation method for the amount of information and carbon emissions,a supply-demand matching model with the highest satisfaction between coal supply and demand and the lowest carbon emissions during the sea-rail intermodal process was established. The solution method of the model. Finally, the model is applied to an example. The carbon emissions during the sea-rail intermodal transportation are considered and the carbon emissions during the sea-rail intermodal transportation are not considered. It is found that the result of considering the carbon emissions during the sea-rail intermodal transportation can produce Less carbon dioxide, confirming the effectiveness of the method. This article aims to propose a new coal trading matching mechanism that minimizes carbon emissions during transportation while considering multiple indicators of concern to both supply and demand sides. This matching mechanism has important theories andprinciples for the healthy development of the coal industry Realistic significance.
