Dislocation of production area and consumption area has led to the transportation pattern of "West-to-East coal transfer" and "North-to-sout coal transportation",of which sea-rail combined transportation has played an important role in my country's coal transportation.Improving the transportation efficiency and reducing transportation carbon emissions have important practical significance for improving energy transportation system,realizing energy conservation and emission reduction in logistics.As the largest coal port group in China,the Bohai Port Group plays a decisive role in country's coal supply system.Therefore,taking into account factors such as carbon emissions,cost,rationally arranging the sea-rail combined transportation route of the Bohaiports has important theoretical and practical significance for ensuring energy security,promoting the development of low-carbon logistics,and improving the pattern of coal transportation.Firstly,introduce the research background and significance of article,paper reviews the research results of multimodal transport route optimization,coal logistics and low-carbon logistics at home and abroad,and introduces the research content and methods,and related theories are introduced to provide support for follow-up research.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of coal supply and demand,and introduces key coal producing areas,consumption areas and consumption industries.It analyzes the current situation of Bohai ports in terms of throughput,geographic location and business,further introduces the supporting railway channels of Bohai ports,laid the foundation for the subsequent establishment of the optimization model.Finally,introducing a carbon tax policy to convert carbon emissions into transportation costs,a multi-commodity flow model optimized with the minimum total cost of coal-sea-rail combined transportation was constructed,and genetic algorithms were used to solve the problem.Based on the analysis,strategies such as applying advanced technology and management concepts,rationally planning the construction of coal launching ports,improving coal railway transportation channels,accelerating the construction of sea-rail combined transportation infrastructure,and establishing a coal logistics cloud service platform for the Bohai Sea Port are proposed.Improve the efficiency of coal-sea-rail combined transportation and realize energy saving and emission reduction.
