With abundant natural resources and long history, Hunan is embeded in ample intension and unique Huxiang diet culture. As an important part of Huxiang culture, Huxiang diet culture including tea culture, wine culture, in eating utensils, food structure, diet custom, embodies the essence of Huxiang culture everywhere. Hunan cuisine is an important carrier of culture communication, has developed into China’s folk third cuisines, Hunan cuisine is so typical that Huxiang diet culture attach importance at home and abroad increasingly. However, what the economic growth bring about is the shock and integration of cooking culture, which contain the traditional value and connotation in this New Times. The challenge is how to make the diet culture interitance and innovation. We need to explore the strategies to balance the economic interest and culture interest.Based on the reality of Hunan, the thesis firstly inquire into the connotation and value of communication of Huxiang diet culture from the perspective of propagation science, combining with folklore, Tourism Science, culture industry, marketing, Principle of Management and so on. In this paper I elaborated the composition system of Huxiang cuisine culture, including the Huxiang tea culture, wine culture, culture of Hunan chopsticks, eating utensils and the diet custom content, through the connotation of Huxiang culture and docking, to explore the characteristics of Huxiang diet culture, and the culture dissemination of culture, economy, aesthetics value. Secondly the possibility of Huxiang diet culture communication, namely the propagation conditions is analyzed, including the mode of propagation, the diet complex of target audience, the surpport of the diffusion subject, the motivation and chance of propagation. Chapter four uses the questionnaire survey method, I send out450questionnaires, effective recovery of426copies, then analyzed the audience characteristics, statistical analysis of Huxiang diet culture the main communication medium choice, study the existence of Huxiang diet culture recognition and memory, communication, media strategy, comprehensive benefits and other aspects of the problem; the last chapter puts forward the theory of CIS shape culture brand image, with professional education to improve the comprehensive quality of restaurant workers, establish culture benign ecological circle, government departments to strengthen supervision and service function, construct the culture communication landscape system, forming a variety of media linkage transmission mechanism communication strategy. Morphology and development based on the characteristic of modern media, and the media use and satisfy the condition, with the method of content analysis, the culture of theoretical exploration and empirical study, and strive to make the communication channel with the public and the media habits, the culture communication strategy, in order to effectively inheritance, carry forward the culture, and give its contemporary Huxiang spirit, make the culture with the times, maintain the vitality. |
