Chinese culture originated from agricultural civilization,and the agricultural society pays special attention to food,and people take food as their heaven.The Central Plains food culture has a long history and is an important part of Chinese culture.In the era of media integration,the dissemination of Central Plains food culture is facing new challenges and opportunities.This thesis takes the Central Plains food culture video as the research object,summarizes its dissemination characteristics,and sorts out its current situation.The strategy of video communication of Central Plains food culture is discussed,in order to explore the innovative development path of Central Plains food culture communication.The thesis first analyzes the cultural environment in which the Central Plains food culture video was born.Different regions have different cultural characteristics,and their dissemination often presents distinctive regional characteristics.The production and development of the Central Plains food culture video has a subtle connection with the regional culture and history.With the development of the times,the change and visualization of the communication carrier,the food culture of the Central Plains has developed from the previous written carrier and oral transmission to the direction of film and television.The change of this communication carrier has greatly promoted the spread and influence of the Central Plains food culture.However,with the increasingly diverse forms of communication,a relatively single path of communication has limitations on the innovative development of Central Plains food culture videos.Especially in today’s great development of media integration,fast information dissemination,large amount of information,and massive information redundancy are a major feature of today’s information dissemination era.As a theoretical basis,it is discussed that the audience is affected by different levels of communication effects when receiving media information,which are the characteristics of behavioral convergence,cognitive complexity,emotional diversity,and attitude complexity.Therefore,this thesis studies the Central Plains food culture video as an ontology,and discusses how to effectively spread it with the help of environmental advantages in the context of media integration.At present,the video communication of Central Plains food culture has problems such as homogenization of creative content,lack of advantages of media communication platforms,uneven content quality,and insufficient talent pool.To this end,the structural induction and content spread around the current situation and existing problems of communication,etc.and the new opportunities for the innovative development of the Central Plains food culture video need to be selected from the selection of media platforms,the output of content creation,differentiated competitive advantages and internal talents.These four parties play a functional coordination role,and take advantage of content advantages and channel advantages to form a joint force to promote the effective dissemination of Central Plains food culture videos in the context of media integration.
