In recent years,Internet technology has developed vigorously,which has promoted the self-expression and content generation of users in an all-round way.Social media represented by microblog has made people enter the "micro era" of fragmented reading.At the same time,the improvement of social living standards has brought about the progress of the catering industry,and the intensification of market competition has brought about a higher level of user experience and demand satisfaction.Various social media,portals,search engines and e-commerce provide a platform for the discussion of food culture topics,expansion of content,change of consumer behavior and psychology.The long-standing theme of food culture has many new features in the new environment of the micro era.A comprehensive analysis of the connotation of food culture will help us more profoundly understand the new connotation of food culture at the present stage and its dissemination characteristics in the micro era.In this article,through combing the diet culture in the contemporary new characterization,starting from the perspective of communication studies,organizing all kinds of food culture in the era of micro propagation path,interpreting the transformation of technology and the new media to promote food culture,the value analysis of the meaning of culture and industry,and points out the problems in the diet culture in the spread,and finally provide relevant strategies and Suggestions for the spread of food culture.
