| With the changing of economic growth mode of coal industry, the coal working patternsand structures have been greatly changed, especially the increasing of mechanize and thesending up of centralization, which has raised a new claim for insurance. Modern coalmineshave been characterized by high production capacity, far transportation range and continuousworking face advancing, which result in high production and efficiency, but more difficultiesfor workmen retreating. The coalmine accidents leading to big dangerous region and longescaping distance make it difficult for survivors to escape when they happened. Theunderground refuge system, which is set up by regional separation, shorten the escapingdistance effectively and increase the survival possibility of workmen.Based on the characteristics of coalmine accidents and refuge manner, the articledesigned the the underground refuge system.First of all,the paper analyzed the charactersiticsof hazard including coal mine fire,dust explosion,gas explosion,and rock burst.In the nextplace,the article designed underground all chamble emergency refuge system of coalmine,which including permanent refuge system,temporary refuge system and transition site.The article researched on the chamber styles and arrangements, and set up the undergroundrefuge system.According to different requirments of the coal mine,given the disignbasis,principle and approaches,and established the system take Nantun coal mine as a pilot.setthe appropriate route for avoiding disaster,formulated the emergency plan,provided anexample of emergency system for low gas mine of ShanDong province or even all of thedomestic coal mine,provided a referecce of emergency system for high gas mineã€coal and gasoutburst mine. The establishment of underground refuge system will consummate the demandfor coalmines emergency rescue of China, and cut the loss of coal disaster effectively.Its usage would also overcome the singleness of ground rescuer, enrich the rescuer time, improve the disaster-resist ability of coalmines, and induce the loss brought by coalmineaccidents. |
