As the development of coal mine information construction, coal mine emergency rescue information system is widely researched as technical support of guaranteeing safety of lives of coal enterprise workers in recent years. In actual production, Disaster escape route of most coal mine emergency rescue systems are predetermined in recent years. However when real disasters occur, the actual route to avoid disaster has a great difference compared with the situation of avoiding disaster route, even some tunnels are completely contrary to the assumption in advance.Many researchers to underground disaster escape route made by domestic and foreign scholars have not taken into account factors such as coal mine disaster that impacting solution of avoidance disaster avoidance route. The escape route is the life line of the miners and the first step of the effective hedging, and it can provide technical support for emergency decision makers. Its design and implementation require absolute safety and reliability. Therefore, It’s important to consider how to comprehensive consideration of the various factors of the disaster as far as possible, and develop a route that differs from disaster to disaster and man to man to avoid disaster for the victims.In this paper, based on GIS network analysis, analysis influence factors in the solution of tunnel data structure and disaster avoidance route. Its contents include construction of the mine tunnel network, impact of disasters on tunnel network, get information of the miners distribution of underground by miners positioning system and analysis the position of temporary refuge in times of disaster. I has designed this article path computation model, and used shortest path algorithm based on shortest priority that put forward by author to solve this model. Solve the best route of lift well to persons that have lift well condition. Choose the best temporary refuge position and calculate the optimal route to the shelter for persons are not have lift well condition when disaster occurs. Guarantee personnel safety to the greatest extent,reduce casualties caused by disaster. Finally, achieve the above functions based on VRMine digital mine system platform,realize 3D display of the results of path analysis, conduct dynamic roaming and simulation.
