Design And Research Of Land Reclamation Information System In Oil Field Based On GIS

Land reclamation is to solve human activities on the land destroyed and its cause of environmental problems, its main role is to restore the use value of land and protect the ecological environment.The key of land reclamation management is managing the land reclamation-data scientifically and dynamically in informatization and digital. The land reclamation information management involves abundant files,report forms and graphic materials, so the date has many kinds and non-standardization. At present,though GIS has particular applyings on land reclamation,there are some problems in land reclamation.This article attempts to lead GIS into the oil field land reclamation information management. To start from the application and the progress of GIS in the land reclamation, this article explores approaches to establish the Land Reclamation Information System(shortly called LRIS),which is significant to oil field land reclamation information management and programmed decision-making.This paper analyses the speciality of land reclamation and the special function of GIS,has a brief introduction on the land reclamation information system, focusses on the COM,COM GIS,MapObject as well as the ArcSDE technology, expounds the designing thoughts,system structure,function and the way to reach the goal of the system. According to the current land reclamation data of the Jiangsu oil field, I designe and develope the oil field land reclamation information system. When comes to the realizeation of the system, I first introduce how to collect and process the data, then we can access the land use graphical and attribute data in the study area. I have completed the land reclamation maps in the study area,using ArcGIS9.3software, with the establishment of the present land use map as a base map, combined with the reality of land reclamation.Then I use the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio2008to developed the system, using the Visual C#program language integrated with ArcGIS Engine.Next,I import the information data of land reclamation in the study area into the system, implementing the function of editing, browsing, querying, and statistical analysis and spatial analysis,and so on. This paper tests the system as well and the experimental results indicates that the system operated well.The system is not only universal, transplantable and extensible,the interface is very friendly,so users can easily and conveniently use this system.The development and application of the system is valuable to the management of the land reclamation information date in this oil field, and it is also a model significance to managements of land reclamation information in other areas.
