The Design And Realization Of Land Banking Information System Based On GIS

The land resource is one of an important part of the earth’s resources. The process of urbanization is growing fast; the status of land resources in the city is becoming increasingly important. Land resources become increasingly scarce. Land is the basis for the development of the city. The produce of the land banking system is committed to "more effective and more planned use of land." Means of intensive use and optimization of land resources is one of land banking system, many countries and cities have established a relatively perfect land banking system.In this thesis, the GIS technology is introduced into land banking. Combined with land banking business, a land banking information system was designed and implemented. This thesis explores the effective land banking management on the basis of the land banking business needs. For both the spatial and temporal characteristics of the land, the advantage of using GIS the space attribute information management to land banking business support, as well as to predict the future demand for land.
