Research On The Key Technology Of Industrial Land Data Integration And Database Construction

The contradiction between our country land scarcity and increasing demand forland, which makes many areas have the problem of industrial development andlimited space,is intensified, because the national conditions is a large number ofpeople with less land and the rapid growth of the industrial land. Unreasonablestructure, confused layout, not perfect function and low efficiency of industrial landare gradually exposed. The important technical mean to carry out intensive landconservation institution and realize economical urbanization development is tocomprehend city industrial land distribution, structure and functional layout,utilization efficiency in the analysis of the current situation of our country’s land use.“The Key Technology Research on Industrial Land Data Integration and DatabaseConstruction” is a sub-project of the construction projects “Study and Demonstrationon Technology of Intensive Utilization of Industrial Land in Urbanization Region”.This research, which put Hefei City as the demonstration area, uses the geographicinformation systems, computers, engineering technology, surveying and mappingscience and many other technologies. Industrial land use data is analyzed andintegrated to construct the database that provides standard database and data supportfor the study of other related subjects. The main content of the paper containsfollowing four parts：(1) The composition, classification, access and storage of the industrial land dataare introduced and the multi-source and heterogeneity of data is analyzed.(2) The industrial land object data model, the classification system, the encodingmethod, the spatial data structure, the attribute data structure and data interchangeformat standard model data are created in analysis of the essential characteristics ofindustrial land feature object. Combined with the requirements and principles of thestandard preparation, the Industrial Land Comprehensive Database Standard isestablished.(3)The technical route and key technology system of industrial land dataintegration is researched based on the Geodatabase data model. On the basis, the landdata and economic census data are integrated to achieve and the required specificationdata to establish the industrial land database is obtained. In order to make theeconomic census data storage more convenient, the paper use C#, ARC Engine to realize the Excel form data to the ArcGIS table data more convenient, fast, integrationtransformation.(4) After the data integration, the land use database model is designed by Casetool based on the Geodatabase. In accordance with the relevant standard data isimported into the database. At last, the paper makes a brief elaborate of industrial landdatabase management system.
