The Study Of Industrial Land Data Model Based On GIS

The research is based on the Ministry of Land and Resources’ building project“Study and Demonstration on Technology of Intensive Utilization of IndustrialLand in Urbanization Region”. Applying synthetically multiple technologicalmeans, such as geographical information technology、 database processingtechnology、 data mining technology、 spatial data analysis and model studytechnology into systematic and effective integration、analysis and processing oncomprehensive data of industrial land, we eventually realized E-R data model andproposed a building scheme of corresponding database system. The study covers:(1) Several key technologies used in the process of data comprehensiveanalysis and system processing construction: transforming technique between CADand GIS data、database and storage technology、object-oriented analytic technologyand programming technology based on ARC Engine.(2) Integration on comprehensive data of industrial land: According topractical data, spatial query、spatial overlay and spatial cluster in geographicalinformation system spatial analysis are used to figure out a key technology ofintegrating industrial land data, which is based on researching industrial land andgathering formed data set.(3) Construction of industrial land data model: using object-orientedfundamental theory, I analyzed and researched several key points in the industrialland, which are the forming of constituent elements, classification system、spacestructure、characteristics and logic relationship. Meanwhile, I sorted out, analyzedand then summed up the related data model、elements、data objects、showing formsand means. Afterwards, abstracting and summarizing information elements and dataobjects in industrial lands, relations and connections between researched elements,I built a model of industrial land data objects and put forward a frame of Standardon Comprehensive Database of Industrial Land.(4) Designing on comprehensive industrial land data system: Based on thecareful research on the above data, synthetically using key technology of databaseconstruction、 construction content and associating standard of database, Iaccomplished the overall and detailed design of the system, coding, unit andintegrated test by adapting software engineering and finally built a comprehensivedatabase managing system for industrial land.
