With thecontinuous development of the "3S" technology and our conservation on landintensive use to enhance, the basis of supporting data acquisition and analysis ofeconomical and intensive use Urban industrial land urbanized areas based on "3S"technology has become increasingly important. Therefore, how to use the "3S"technology for basic data collection and analysis, has become one of the topics wewill need to be addressed. This article is completed on the basis of the results of theprojects of national public service industry research,"urbanized area of intensiveindustrial land use and control technology research and demonstration “. Hefei,Anhui Province as a research and demonstration area, This article collected andanalyzed the associated mount situation of Hefei industrial land spatial informationand non-spatial information.Taking QuickBird satellite images,hand-held GPS,database,etc. for the technical means and using Erdas Imagine, ArcGis, ArcView,EzTour Planner and other software to investigate the industrial units of HefeiCity.Almost matching the economic data associated with urban industrial units andland data.This article include the following aspects:(1)Collecting and analysizning Hefei calendar year land data of transfer andallocation,and completing the corresponding digital processing;(2)Completing data processing of the Remote sensing image,and IntegratingUrban Cadastral data together to provide the investigation to base map;(3)Using computer database technology, GPS and GIS technology and othertechnical means to collect and process industrial land data,and forming Hefeiindustrial land comprehensive data set which has handed over to Hefei land agency.(4)Combining with the research situation of group synergy units, theGuangzhou Municipal Land Use Development Centre,” Data collection andinvestigationof technical specifications of the industrial land”(manuscript)has been formulated to become the methods and means and technical support of the relevantdepartments which collect and integrate comprehensive database of basic data forindustrial land.
