Study On Xinjiang’s Development And Construction Of New Urbanization

New urbanization construction is an important task in Xingjiang’s the12th five-year plan, and it is also the greatest potential of the expansion of domestic demand inXingjiang’s economy. It helps speed up the construction of Xingjiang’s newurbanization, and it is not only rapids up the development of the social economy andimproves the living standards of urban residents, but maintain the benefit ofecological environment. In addition, the construction and development of newurbanization plays an important role to consolidate the unity of nationalities ofXinjiang area, to improve Xingjiang’s social stability and harmony, and to maintainsecurity of Xingjiang’s border land.This paper we use the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly, we summarize the research results of urbanization development about thetheory from domestic to foreign country. Moreover, we also summarize the latestdevelopment of urbanization. Secondly, we discuss the current situation of the newurbanization construction development in Xinjiang. In the process of the newurbanization construction, we consider the geographical environment, ethniccomposition, and the oasis special economic and other aspects, and we point out theproblems that Xinjiang may be facing in the construction of new urbanization. Thirdly,we analysis the model of the new urbanization construction in Xinjiang. Finally, weputs forward the goal of Xinxiang’s new town construction development and adhereto the principle of “people-oriented, advance planning, urban and rural, rational layout,intensive and highly efficient, distinctive” as the guidance. We also put forwardeffective measures to implement the construction and development of the Xinjiangnew urbanization goal.
