Analysis And Research On The Coordinated Development Of Xinjiang Informatization And New Urbanization

In an era dominated by the information economy,informatization has penetrated into all aspects of social production and life.At present,all sectors of society emphasize the need to promote the simultaneous development of the "four modernizations".Therefore,it is an urgent and important historical task to explore how to promote the coordinated development of informationization and new urbanization.From the perspective of coordinated development theory,urban-rural integration and mobile space theory,the new urbanization and informatization development will mutually support each other.Based on the above theory,this paper takes Xinjiang as an example,collects data from 2005 to 2017 in Xinjiang and 2017,and uses entropy method to make the development level of informationization and new urbanization over the years and the status quo of each region.Based on the comprehensive evaluation,the Pearson correlation analysis and the coupling coordination model are used to conduct qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement research on the coordinated development level of Xinjiang informationization and new urbanization.The empirical analysis found that the development status of Xinjiang's informatization has differences with time and regional differences between regions.From the time point of view,the development of new urbanization in Xinjiang has steadily increased between 2005 and 2017,and there are obvious differences in regional distribution.In general,the level of new urbanization in northern Xinjiang is higher than that in southern Xinjiang.The coupling degree of Xinjiang informatization and new urbanization is in the middle coordination stage between 2005 and 2008.The coordination degree of Xinjiang informatization and new urbanization is in the stage of moderate coordination.From 2008 to 2017,the degree of coordination rises to a high degree of coordination,from spatial distribution.Look,the coordination degree of Urumqi,Changji and Karamay is above 0.5,which is highly coordinated.This paper uses statistical methods to quantitatively and qualitatively study the coordinated development degree of Xinjiang's informatization and new-type urbanization,finds and analyzes the shortcomings in the respective development of informatization and new-type urbanization,and proposes ideas for improving the coordinated development between the two.The countermeasures will contribute to the economic and socialdevelopment of Xinjiang and provide a basis and guarantee for the stability and good development of the country.
