Study On The Development Trend Of Xinjiang New Urbanization

"Twelfth five-year" period, the state and the autonomous region clearly put forwardactively promote the requirements of the new urbanization process in Xinjiang, the Xinjiangfaces many development opportunities, but for now the low level of urbanization in Xinjiang,regional difference is big, the more the adverse impact of the new urbanization developmentfactors.Strengthen Xinjiang new urbanization development research, planning and overalllayout of urbanization, is conducive to science and to promote the new urbanizationdevelopment process, promote the new industrialization, agricultural modernization and newurbanization coordinated development, strengthen ecological environmental protection,balance urban and rural spatial allocation of resources, to achieve leapfrog development inXinjiang and stability and realize the comprehensive construction well-off society goal is ofgreat significance.This paper adopted the method combining the qualitative analysis with quantitativeanalysis, the first system induces and summarizes the domestic and foreign current situationand development trend of urbanization;Followed by the analysis of Xinjiang urban systemdevelopment course and the present situation of the urban system and urbanizationcharacteristics, pointed out the problems in urbanization process in xinjiang and its maininfluencing factors;Again to go inside and outside the "double drive, quality and quantity, theharmonious inclusive, ecological livable, soldiers in the communion of Xinjiang characteristicurbanization way" thought as the instruction, the center of analysis to explore the newurbanization development strategy of xinjiang, Xinjiang new urbanization developmentgoals;Finally from the urban space structure, the center city grading system layout, industrydevelopment, tourism development space layout planning and constructing the newurbanization of Xinjiang four aspects overall space layout, for the implementation of the newurbanization development goals in Xinjiang to provide guidance of town construction anddevelopment.
