In recent years, scholars in our country has just started the research of job satisfaction, they have not formed the unified viewpoint and conclusion. They mainly focus on the influencing factors, the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is mainly divided into three kinds. But the job satisfaction is a complex psychological system, there are many factors, many scholars have a in-depth study.Motivation refers to use the material incentives and spiritual encouragement means, training objectives to enable them to agree a motivational speaker, and through their own efforts to achieve the goal. Motivation system generally includes two aspects:material and spiritual motivation.A good motivation system is helpful to improve organizational performance, attract and retain talent, also stimulate the employee’s potential, promotes the staff to give full play to their talents and wisdom, to achieve organizational goals, so contribute to the overall goal of achieving organizational.This paper takes YC company as the research object, through reading related literature, organize network information, scale development of employee satisfaction in state-owned enterprises. At the same time with the YC electric power company’s employees as the research object, by questionnaire survey and data analysis, using the method of combining theory and empirical research, deals with research methods include the following four aspects:analysis of literature review, questionnaire, statistics, results and discussion. Obtain employee job satisfaction of YC electric power company data, and analyzed the present status, knowledge and understanding of factors affecting employee job satisfaction. Through the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction of employees of enterprises, find out the main factors of affecting employee satisfaction, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and incentive policy.
