With the gradual deepening of the reform of electric power system, the developing ofsocio-economic and the improving of people’s living standards, the excellentcommunity-powered services have become increasingly demanded by the public. In the newsituation, as one of the oversize power supply bureaus of the China Southern Power Grid,Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, A Power Supply Bureau is not only facing a hugemarket opportunity, but also facing enormous challenges. Therefore, how to design a series ofscience customer satisfaction improved mechanisms and strategies in order to quickly andeffectively improve customer service levels which meet the requirements with A PowerSupply Bureau, has become an important problem to be solved for A Power Supply Bureau.In this article, we use customer satisfaction theory as a guide, and using literature,interviews, questionnaires and expert opinion consulting method to analysis the status of Apower supply bureau’s customer satisfaction, explore the main problems existed in thecustomer service management, and design customer satisfaction enhancing mechanism.Finally, we do some research on how to carry out the customer satisfaction mechanism of APower Supply Bureau.Based on empirical study of the customer satisfaction mechanism of A Power SupplyBureau, this paper is seeking for a method for power supply enterprises to exploit thedevelopment strategy of A Power Supply Bureau, which could improving the managementlevel of A Power Supply Bureau, enriching the power supply enterprises’ research strategyand achieving the purpose of improving economic performance. It aims to provide abeneficial reference for the future development of power supply enterprises.
