Many new problems are proposed with the market-oriented reform of the power supply enterprise,especially in marketing such as the electricity from an ample supply into a lack of demand,a slow growth of generated energy and electricity sales,the increase of the proportion and the cost of purchasing electricity,the amount of electric power changes in arrears,and the operator difficulties in electricity grid.Organizing efficient marketing system actively,implementing of flexible and effective marketing strategy, striving to open up electricity markets,mine potential and expand market to share in the region,which are still some problems crying out for solutions in supply enterprise.It is the importance and necessity of the concept of customer satisfaction,the construction of model,the determination of evaluation index weight that the paper discuss based on the analysis of the status quo and development trend of the power supply enterprises.To take a step further,a new customer satisfaction survey analysis and the next stage of the marketing strategy of power supply Fushun Branch are put forward in this paper.
