With the development of economic globalization, human society has entered the era ofknowledge economy, knowledge and information has played a decisive role in thedevelopment of enterprises and society. However, with no boundary occupation career, theorganization and the survival of the internal and external environment is changing largely. The uncertainty of organization’s development has increased and the hierarchical structuresof traditional organizations are being replaced by the flattening organizational structure. These series of changes let the occupation career development of the knowledge wokersface very large threats and challenges. In such a complex environment, knowledge workersmust conduct their own occupation career planning, continuously improving theknowledge and skill level, increase the stock of human capital in order to adapt to thecomplex environment. Therefore, the effect of human capital on the knowledge workers’ career success willcontribute to the knowledge workers in today’s complex environment, help them make anoccupation career development planning and gain an occupation career success. Throughthe literature review and research point of view, we can find that since Drucker first putforward the concept of human capital in1950s, domestic and foreign scholars have studiedvery actively and deeply on it, and have achieved considerable results. But in the presentsituation, the scholars mainly study the concepts of human capital and dimensions, theinfluence on economic development. What’s more, the research direction ranges from theeconomic field to the field of management science and psychology etc. However, the studyfor group of knowledge workers in specific human capital has seldom involved at thepresent, and the research in knowledge-based human capital on their occupation careerinfluence willingness of sharing in the knowledge perspective are involed less.In this paper, the auther uses historical and empirical research methods of literaturestudy, questionnaire survey and induction. In the domestic environment, investigationresearch related to specific group of knowledge workers. Finally, the author obtained thefollowing conclusions based on the empirical research results: ⅠControl variables ofgender, age, academic qualifications and work experiences effected on the occupationcareer success more significantly, in which the effects of the working life of the internalorganization of competitiveness is relatively large, the effects of gender and degree ofexternal competitiveness is relatively large. ⅡKnowledge-based human capital has apositive impact on the organizational competence, however, the competitiveness of the dominance effects as a measure of human capital education and training level andmeasuring hidden human capital innovation and learning ability of the internalorganization is relatively weak.ⅢThe human capital of knoeledge woekers has a positiveimpact on the organization and external competitiveness. However, the influence of hiddenhuman capital measured by the learning ability of the organization to the externalcompetitiveness is relatively weak. ⅣThe knowledge workers’ human capital has positiveinfluence on the satisfaction of its occupation.Ⅴ The willingness of knowledge sharing hasa positive regulatory role on the relationship between knowledge-based human capital andoccupation career success. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects:ⅠThis dissertationfocuses on the individual level, especially on the group of knowledge workers in specifichuman capital to research the influence of the occupation career success,.Then the authorgives a theoretical and empirical analysis, enrich the research contents of the human capitaltheory further。Ⅱ In the related theoretical analysis, when studying the process of reasoningin knowledge-based human capital influence on the occupation career success, weintroduced the willingness of knowledge sharing as a moderating variable, to explore themechanism of influence in a new perspective. Finally, the author constructs a theory modelon theoretical aspects of new ideas. The data collection process this paper mainly uses is called the transverseinvestigation method at a specific point in time. What’s more, the sampling area mainlyconcentrated in the province, not considered economically underdeveloped areas. Therefore, this research has some defects, the author will study deeply in the future.
