With the arrival of the knowledge age,human capital has been paid more and more attention.As the core resources of the enterprise,the importance of the knowledge workers is becoming more and more important in the enterprise.The emergence of the borderless career mode has made the internal and external environment Change.With the employee career development uncertainty increasing,knowledge workers are facing great challenges.Therefore,studying the impact of knowledge workers' human capital on career success and influence mechanism is helpful for knowledge workers to adopt appropriate methods and means to improve and exert their human capital,to achieve better job performance and realize their career success.On the basis of literature review,this paper discusses the impact of demographic variables and human capital on career success,and finds out the relationship between personal and organizational values,abilities,career management which has certain relevance with Human capital and career success.And these may be the intermediary variables.Firstly,this paper selected and formed the knowledge workers' human capital scale,personal-organization fit scale and career success scale.The questionnaire was tested and modified by pre-survey,and then SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze and discover following conclusions.Firstly,a part of demographic variables have significant effect on the organizational competitiveness,organizational competitiveness and professional satisfaction of knowledge workers.Secondly,the human capital of knowledge workers can predict their career success.Compared with explicit human capital,hidden human capital is more relevant to career success.Thirdly,the level of human capital of knowledge workers has a positive impact on their personal and organizational fit.The implicit human capital is more relevant to the individual organization than the explicit human capital.Fourthly,Individuals of knowledge workers-Organizational fit has a positive predictive effect on career success,both of which are positively correlated.Fifthly,knowledge of the individual staff-organization fit in the human capital plays a certain role in the intermediary on the success of the process of career.Finally,in conjunction with the findings,recommendations are made for employees and organizations to achieve the career success of knowledge workers.
