With China’s economic system reform, China’s labor relations has produced tremendous changes. From the single public ownership economy development to a variety of ownership economy common development strategy transformation, private economic rise rapidly. Although private enterprises as emerging forces driven by China’s economic development, due to their different sizes, internal system perfect degree of each are not identical, so that the trade union organization form can’t completely adapt to the objective need of collective bargaining, labor contradiction is sharpened. Especially affected by the financial crisis in2008, China’s labor conflict events program growth spurt. In this context that the collective wage negotiation mechanism has been on the table, as the ways and measures of trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, has been widespread concern in the majority of workers and business owners. However, in the development process of China’s collective wage negotiation mechanism, the union foundation, legislative conditions, market environment, and consultation system itself still have many constraints, collective wage negotiation mechanism for private enterprises still need further improvement..This thesis uses content analysis and literature analysis, from the employees, the management, the third party to the three different perspectives comprehensively and multi-dimensional analysis about the influence factors of development of China’s private enterprises wage collective bargaining system. This paper argues that in labor factors, trade union organization construction, independence and representation and negotiation ability, are the main factors restricting labor salary collective; Enterprises do not know the place, internal control imperfections and lack of industry associations, are the keys obstacle to enterprise level collective wage negotiations; For third parties to participate in the collective wage negotiation mechanism, policy-oriented, government intervention efforts and legal environment have a crucial role in guiding the collective wage negotiations to carry out. Through comparative analysis, summed up the experience of the implementation of collective bargaining in the United States, Japan and Germany:a sound legal system, a clear participation of the subject and government intervention efforts are the keys to the success of Three collective bargaining.Collective wage negotiation mechanism is the basic guarantee to build a harmonious and stable labor relations. This thesis analyzes the impact of private enterprises for collective wage negotiations constraints, and on this basis, the collective wage negotiation mechanism is decomposed into the mechanism of expression of interest, rights protection mechanisms and equity oversight mechanisms, Based on these three aspects, there are opinions and suggestions to improve the collective wage negotiation mechanism, drawn diagram of the operation of the collective wage negotiation mechanism, and strive to contribute to perfect the mechanism for collective wage negotiations.
