The wage distribution system is the core issue of the labor relation, which plays an important role in the establishment of harmonious labor relations. The research of this paper is focusing on the collective wage consultation system in China. It briefly discussed the main wage collective bargaining theory and comparatively analyzed the practical experience of western wage collective bargaining system.Then, the author in-depth analyzed the importance of Labour Union's bargaining power in collective wage consultation based on the western theories of collective bargaining model and further revealed how to improve Labour Union's bargaining power.In addition, this paper introduced the basic implementation information of the collective wage consultation system in China, and summarized valid experience for reference by comparing four typical collective wage consultation cases in China. Then, pointed out the existing problems of the collective wage consultation system in China, and figured out that the root causes are Laws and regulations, Labour Union's bargaining power, and the level of collective wage consultation. At last, gave advices according to the three problems and proposed feasible suggestions on improving the collective wage consultation system in China.
