Research On The Key Influencing Factors Of Independence Innovatio N Capacity Of Private Enterprises In Hubei Province

Under the background of knowledge economy era coming, the trend of globalization spreading incessantly and the market competition growing increasingly, the decisive role of science and technology for sustainable economic growth is much more obviously, China has paied more attention on the building of independence innovation of the country and enterprises. If the state-owned enterprises are the backbone of building China’s independent innovation capacity, then we can consider private enterprise as new force to promote China’s independent innovation capacity building.According to researching the independent innovation,the influencing factors of enterprises’independent innovation and the literature of the enterprises’independent innovation of Hubei province, I conclude the limitations and problems of the current study, based on the previous research experience,I choice the qualitative research method of grounded theory,then I extract and build the influencing factors of comprehensive capability of independent innovation, finally linking the reality36explanatory variables indicators are selected. I choice the data of private enterprises in Hubei Province from2001to2010as the study sample, on the research method, I creatively choice the quantitative research methods which adjusts to gray relational analysis of uncertainty system, according to statistics, obtaining the associated degree of sorting of each explanatory variable on the explanatory variables of patent applications, The gray correlation analysis shows that all explanatory variables and the correlation of the explanatory variables are above0.50which indicates that the selected explanatory variables on the explanatory variables have some explanatory power. In order to find the key influencing factors which affect the independent innovation capacity of Hubei province among many explanatory variables, that is the same after gray relational analysis, through the cluster analysis method I classify the related data into different categories, The first category of explanatory variables including the proportion of high-tech industry’s share in GDP, accumulation of research history which own the the correlation with explanatory variables is above0.90000. According to the research I find the19explanatory variables and the explanatory variables with a high degree of correlation that indicates these are the key influencing factors of independent innovation capacity of private enterprises in Hubei Province. According to the empirical analysis, at the macro-environment level, cultural and educational level (EDU/GDP), R&D level (RD/GDP, Ln(RHIS), RID), infrastructure condition (PLIB), government support (GOV) and patent protection (DP) is the technological dynamism and intellectual foundation of the independent innovation capacity building of private enterprises in Hubei Province. At the micro-environment level, market environment (MF/GDP, NE), industry situation (HTI) is the material support and legal protection of independent innovation capacity-building. At the organizational level, research and development expenditures (Ln(SE)), developers input (Ln(RS)), Enterprise System (STAE), Enterprise culture (IV) and innovation consciousness (TE) is the fundamental driving force and mechanism support of independent innovation capacity-building. At the Individual level, ataff quality (EEDU、 SI、OC) and entrepreneur (EM) is the direct leading force in independent innovation capacity building in private enterprises of Hubei Province.At last, In the conclusion section using the above analysis conclusion for the promotion of private enterprise independent innovation ability in Hubei Province of the corresponding policy recommendations.
