Research On The Independent Innovation Capability Of High-tech Enterprises In Shanxi Province

Today, the international political and economic situation has undergone major changes, the technology innovation capability has replaced the comprehensive capacity of economic and become the new trend of competition among countries.As China’s economy has entered a new normal,the contribution of traditional industries to economic growth becoming less and less,technological innovation has become a new economic growth point. In the entire national innovation system,The high-tech enterprises is the most powerful and prominent part, which has a certain scale, in steady growth, structural adjustment,promoting the benefits of people’s livelihood,has played a significant role.Shanxi,as a province rich in coal resources,with more urgent in the need of adjusting the industrial structure, changing the mode of economic development though the development of high-tech enterprises in the current economic situation.However,the development of high-tech enterprises in our province,of which the result is not ideal.So this article is mainly about the independent innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in our province.The concrete steps:situation analysis, identify problems,empirical study, identify the causes and propose countermeasures.Which has great theoretical and practical significance in the sustainable development of economic in Shanxi Province.Contents of this paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is anintroduction,it mainly expounds the evidence and argument background,purpose and significance of research and the research status at home and abroad;the second part introduces the concepts and theoretical basis of the article; the third part from inputs and outputs two aspects to analyze high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province,found a small number of enterprises, small scale, lack of R&D investment, scientific and technological achievements conversion rate is low, industry concentration level is not high, innovation environmental issues needs to be improved; the chapter four establishes independent innovation capability measurement index system and influence factors index system and methods for measuring the ability of independent innovation entropy method and gray correlation model has been described;the fifth part is the empirical part,by empirical analysis obtained the status of the Shanxi province in the six central provinces, the problems compared with the other provinces,and the difference among the high-tech enterprises in various industries in Shanxi.The sixth part of the strategy from corporate and government perspectives are proposed; seventh part is conclusion and outlook, including a brief summary of the main conclusions of this study and further research prospects.Innovations of the paper may include the following aspects:Based on the innovation capability index system proposed by the National Bureau of Statistics,according to the unique properties of high-tech enterprises,establish the high-tech measurement indicator system,which is more scientific than before;In the framework building of the influencing factor system,there are twoparts-external factors and internal factors,the interaction between the internal factor is added into this framework, the idea has been verified in the empirical part,so that the model more realistic;In the calculation of influencing factors,using the most direct indicators of output capacity of independent innovation as the dependent variable in the regression analysis,avoid cross with independent variables,which leads the results more scientific.
