The Evaluation Of Self-independent Ability In Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises And Research On Influencing Factors Of The Ability In Guangxi

With the advent of economic globalization era, innovation is becoming the source and power of enterprises winning core competitiveness. Faced with rapid technological development and the increasingly fierce international competition, China has clearly put forward the strategy of independent innovation, making it become the central link for transformation of economic growth modes. Guangxi has a favorable geographical conditions which has rich resources and a certain industrial bases and the smooth development China- ASEAN Free Trade Area and efforts of Guangxi integrating into FTA allow Guangxi to closely connect with neighboring countries and regions. Improving the independent innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi can optimize the industrial structure, promote industrial upgrading, improve industrial competitiveness of Guangxi, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society. By building an evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation ability, this paper takes large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi as the research object to measure and analyze. The empirical research of influencing factors of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi is put to provide reference for the development of the independent innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi.Firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and abroad researches on evaluation of enterprise independent innovation capability, and sort out the basis of relevant theories. Secondly, from the perspective of formation mechanism of the enterprise independent innovation ability an evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation capability is built. Thirdly,with the index system, a comprehensive analysis is given over the independent innovation levels of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi. Lastly, based on the results of research, this paper proposed some suggestions. Specifically, this article made three aspects of work:(1)Innovation input, innovation implementation, innovation environment and innovation output are chosen to build the evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation capability.(2)An empirical evaluation on independent innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi adopted by factor analysis is made to know about the real situation of independent innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi, and the initial reasons behind its lagging ranking is less R&D expenditure, inadequate investment in R&D personnel, not enough introducing and absorbing and so on.(3)Through theoretical analysis, the factors affecting the independent innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi are found, and an empirical research on the factors adopted by regression analysis method is made. This paper ultimately comes to a conclusion that large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Guangxi can improve their independent innovation capability by increasing R&D expenditure, strengthening human capital accumulation, and expanding business scale and so on.
