Independent Innovation Ability Of Guangdong Private Enterprises Study On Influencing Factors

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of private enterprises in Guangdong has made major contributions to promoting economic growth and increasing employment.However,under the background of the new era,the domestic and foreign economic situation has changed,and the development of private enterprises is faced with various risks and challenges.Innovation is the driving force for the development of private enterprises and the only way to promote their sustainable development.Private enterprises should give full play to their own advantages,promote independent innovation and enhance market competitiveness.Based on the existing theories and relevant documents,this paper first discusses the development status of private enterprises in Guangdong,analyzes the problems of independent innovation of private enterprises in Guangdong and its influencing factors,and uses empirical analysis methods to verify the influencing factors.The influence of different factors on the independent innovation ability of private enterprises is analyzed.The results show that the six factors have important influence on the independent innovation ability of private enterprises.The order of the degree of influence on the independent innovation ability of private enterprises is: entrepreneurial innovation spirit,corporate innovation culture,corporate innovation resources,industrial,academic and research cooperation,corporate innovation management,and government policies.Secondly,taking Huawei's independent innovation as an example,this paper introduces the experiences and practices of Guangdong typical private enterprise's independent innovation,and draws the inspiration to promote the development of Guangdong private enterprise's independent innovation.Finally,according to the above analysis results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the independent innovation ability of private enterprises in Guangdong.First,at thegovernment level,the government should focus on optimizing the business environment and encouraging enterprise innovation;We will implement policies to support private enterprises,increase investment in education,and train more innovative talents.We will build a platform for cooperation in production,study and research,and strengthen intellectual property protection.Second,at the level of private enterprises,private enterprises themselves should,in light of the actual situation,change their traditional ideas,strengthen their sense of innovation,increase their investment in innovation,attach importance to intellectual property protection,and actively explore cooperation and innovation.
