With the acceleration of the globalization, the market has experienced a shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, and the competition between enterprises is much tougher. However, human resource management can really provide power for the promotion of Enterprise Competition. Although more and more enterprises’HRM consciousness is gradually increasing, the contemporary society is in a transitional period of economic transition, social transformation and cultural conflict, under this circumstance, our enterprise have been many ethical problems of HRM, Which is not only against our country enterprise in the world of competition, but also directly affects both to the sustainable development of our social economy and the construction of a harmonious society. Through the analysis of the Q company’s HRM ethics problems, this paper discusses how enterprise face the arising of ethics problems, dig power to keep enterprise continued growth, so as to promote the international competitive power of Chinese enterprise.This paper introduces firstly the domestic and overseas scholars’discussion and research on HRM ethics, and analyzes the ethical form of HRM. And it puts forward some principles, which enterprise in the HRM ethics should follow, such as the principles of social morality, the principles of fairness, the principle of good faith and people-oriented principle. Based on the Q Company’s case study, the paper introduces the advanced practice, such as the recruitment and selection, performance management and feedback, salary welfare and staff promotion, the talent training and assuming social responsibility, employee relationship management. The author combines the experience of human resources in the daily work, and further proposes the basic way to solve the ethics problem in enterprise, such as building a "people-oriented" enterprise values, formulating ethics human resource management system, constructing ethical guidance enterprise culture, building the enterprise ethics atmosphere, optimizing social environment of enterprise human resources management and so on, so as to promote the ethics management level of human resources of our enterprise and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises in our country.
