While harmonious labor relationship is advocated today, increasingly prominent of labor conflicts and human resource management ethical issues has caused attention of scholars and business managers.This paper studies on the enterprise of problems on human resource management ethics by comparing employers and employees, to explore the relationship of employment relationship types and human resource management ethics, Discuss employees and employers’equilibrium point of human resource management ethics by game theory, to predict the future trend of human resource management ethics, and classified human resources management in accordance with the ethical dimensions. And proposed countermeasures to increase the level of human resource management ethics.This study mainly used questionnaires, in employment relations and human resource management ethics, mainly targeted at employees and employers of private enterprises in Jiangsu Province. In this study, questionnaires were handed out by paper surveying and e-mail,400questionnaires were handed out and312valid were returned.After the work of recoding and transforming the data, internal consistency reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were proceeded to examine the reliability and the validity of the scales, while correlation and regression analyses were conducted by SPSS18.0to discover the relationships among the variables.The main conclusions of this study are:the employment relationship have significant positive effects on the level of human resource management ethics, the company which is corporate employment relationship have the highest level of human resource management ethics, which is conflict of interest-based employment relationship enterprise the lowest level human resource management ethics; higher position has higher realization of employment relationship and human resource management ethics level; companies have problems on safeguarding employees, respecting for staff, the payment of overtime working, employee productivity and moral system; human resource management of double ethics is the future trend.
