The Study Of The Human Resources Management In Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Enterprise

Human Resources is the most active and specific resources among the world's four major resources (human resources, natural resources, capital resources and information resources). Entering the new century, as the human resources gotten unprecedented attention, the study of human resources has also become a hot spots of theoretical and practical study. Human society is undergoing a profound change, and human resources has also become the fundamental competitiveness of enterprises, as well as the major factor in competitiveness. It is Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant's strategy to do a perfect job in human resources development and management, and to adapt to the rapid development and the situation of the opening to the outside world.This paper investigates the basic theories relevant to the human resources development and management. By using the theoretical analysis and empirical research method, I study the current situation of human resource of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant, and find out the main problems in the development of human resources management. According to the plant vision and business strategy to plan the human resources management comprehensively, I propose some solutions to Human Resources Development and Management for Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant. The human resource development of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant are researched systematically by using modern scientific management theories and methods, in order to provide useful advice to the human resources management of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant.
