Comparative Study For International Competitiveness Of China’s Three Metropolis Circle

Along with our country market processing faster, to join the WTO, and set the "eleventh five-year plan"," twelfth five-year plan " economic development strategy planning background, the parties in the face of international competitiveness of domestic research of enthusiasm continue to heat up. For more than30years of reform and opening-up, Chinese local economic development levels produce a big gap, in the21century, our country economy continues to maintain the fast and stable development momentum and the region economy to step on to a new stage, among them, the Yangtze river delta (hereinafter referred to as the Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta (hereinafter referred to as the pearl river delta) are taking the two wings JiFeiZhi potential to led the whole economic rise of China. In the environment of today’s world economic integration pattern increasingly acceleration, as the China’s economic strength, the strongest fastest developing, the most vigorous area, the pearl river delta, the Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta (hereinafter referred to as double triangular) to the development of national economy such as an important role in supporting, Beijing, tianjin and hebei metropolis circle in the pearl river delta, the Yangtze river delta, is a third booming area of Chinese economic. Activing with the developed area economic comparative, not only helps to the further development of the region, for the national economic development, but also has positive innovation and reference significance. And based on this, this paper takes Three metropolitan as the research object, and intends to take off from comparative advantage, human capital, technology development, system innovation, system analysis and management theory, to research decision factors for competitiveness and to study comprehensive international competitiveness of Tianjin in the powerful theory basis of the system, and taking the Three metropolitan as the research object to join the international competitiveness of a index system of international comparison in the rankings based on IMD, including the Yangtze river delta economic circle of the metropolis international competitiveness development analysis, the pearl river delta economic circle of the metropolis international competitiveness development analysis, Beijing, tianjin and hebei metropolis circle international competitiveness development analysis. This research focuses on the combination of economic theory and statistical method, and through the entirely, competitiveness, the balance sheet, the competition advantage indicators and competitive disadvantage index analysis, it describes the city circle basic state of international competitiveness, finds out their competitive advantage and disadvantage, and then put forward relevant policy choice to improve the international competitiveness.
