A Comparative Study On The Competitiveness Of Service Industry Of Center City In Bohai Economic Circle

Since the 1970 s, along with the increase of per capita national income, the world trend of service economy has become increasingly obvious. The contribution rates of service industry to China’s national economic growth and employment both surpass those of the secondary industry in 2014, the added value achieved by service industry in 2015 makes up over 50 percent of China’s GDP for the first time, service industry is increasingly becoming play a important role in promoting China’s economic development and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improving the livelihood of the people. The development of the service has became an important indicator to measure national and regional economic development level. And service industry competitiveness is able to effectively reflect the level of service industry development and comprehensive strength index.In this article,making service industry competitiveness evaluation is mainly from the perspective of regional. Firstly, organizing related literaturethe about service industry competitiveness, expounds the theoretical foundation, and simply analyzed the factors that can affect service industry competitiveness. Then, the urban service industry competitiveness evaluation model was established on the basis of professor porter’s "diamond model" and the city competitiveness evaluation model of professor NiPengFei, the model has chosed six primary index and 24 secondary index on human resources competitiveness, competitive structure, capital, science and technology, infrastructure, culture system to establish service industry competitiveness evaluation index system in this paper. Take six central cities of the Bohai Economic Rim as the breakthrough points,using factor analysis method to calculate each individual and comprehensive scores of the central city by using SPSS software based on 2013 data. This article selects six representative center city of Bohai Economic Rim,and put them in the service industry competition force, strength is not only to the central city service industry competitiveness rankings, but through horizontal comparison Bohai Economic Rim the existing problems in the development of service industry and the concrete factors of the improved limit its service industry competitiveness. Empirical analysis results show that the limit competitiveness promotion factors mainly include the industrial structure of human resources in the high-grade level, service situation, regional economic base. And accordingly put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in service industry competitiveness, including perfect the coordination mechanism to promote the development of the Bohai Economic Rim services, strengthen the radiation effect of Beijing and tianjin and outstanding their growth pole, optimize the industrial structure to realize industry fundamentals, strengthen personnel training and the introduction of provide intellectual support for the development of service industry.
