"shortage of resources","the disposal of wastes" are the major problems that China must face and solve now.Because China must use9%of the world’s arable land,6%of the world’s water,4%of the world’s forests,1.8%of the world’s oil,0.7%of the world’s natural gas, less than9%of the world’s iron ore, less than5%of the world’s copper, and less than2%of the world’s aluminum ore feed accounted for22%of the world’s population.2/3of the large and medium-sized cities in the668cities across our country, except the county-level cities, are surrounded by garbage, and total garbage piled in our country over the years has reached70million tons. Besides Large-scale development and industrialization make the problem that the natural resources can not meet the need of economic development more serious.With the industrial development of renewable resources, renewable resources industry at home and abroad are studied more and more, the research content is more rich, mainly focused on the development of renewable resources industry the problem of renewable resources industry, national policies, laws and regulations, the renewable resources industry system and the operation mechanism and the regeneration resource industry’s international experience in several directions of the study. But on the whole, the current academic circles on the renewable resources industry on the research is mainly focused on the theory research, and the use of more qualitative research methods, relatively speaking, they on the renewable resource industry research is seldom use quantitative analysis method. On the other hand, at present academia although there are many on the industrial development level undertakes quantitative analysis studies, but these articles mainly focus on the tertiary industry and the tertiary industry in the individual departments of the research, on the first, second industrial research is obviously not enough, the renewable resources industry can be classified as second industrial sectors.In order to make up for the renewable resources industry in quantitative analysis of defects on industrial level, rich research, this paper selects in renewable resources industry with "renewable resources" innate advantages of the northeast old industrial base for empirical research, the specific choice of national and three provinces in Northeast China2004-2010year renewable resources industry economy index data location entropy analysis.The paper is divided into6chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, this part includes the research background and research significance, research contents, target and research method, literature review, technical route and the innovation of the paper, including technical route by constructing the framework are described, and the innovation of this paper is in qualitative research based on the use of quantitative methods of analysis; the part of literature reviews, mainly on the renewable resources industry of domestic and international literature review, On the current academic resources recycling industry research mainly focuses on the problems of industrial development overview, national policies and laws and regulations in the development of renewable resources industry, system construction and operation mechanism, the international experience of several directions; in this part can be seen on the current academic research on the renewable resources industry the main method is to use qualitative research methods, using the quantitative analysis method is rarely, this leads to the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the part related theoretical basis and literature review. Firstly state the development course and situation of the renewable resources industry at home and abroad, and then through stating the concept of industry and renewable resources, combined with the national segmentation industry standards, to define the concept of renewable resources industry; And then is renewable resources industry present situation description and the literature evaluation. The third chapter is the empirical part. At first it is the part about choosing research method, mainly is to choose method of the studies about the renewable resources industrialization level of three provinces in the northeast for this paper. Because in the academia the research articles specifically for the industrialization level of renewable resources are very few, so in the part firstly begin to research on industrialization level (not specific to renewable resources industry) difference research method to carry on the analysis, and compares the similarities and differences between various methods. According to the comparison of the results, combined with the research target of this paper, specific to choose suitable methods, and specific statement selection method and the model of the meaning and expression. And then combining with specific model analysis part, to select indicators and data sources for explanation. At the same time,the part will explain data selection criteria and selection of sources. This paper can reflect the overall level of China as well as reflected in northeastern Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang provinces in2004—2010years of relevant data, the data obtained from the China Statistical Yearbook, Liaoning statistical yearbook, Jilin statistical yearbook and the statistical yearbook of Heilongjiang, and for the selection of data analysis, calculation of three provinces nationwide location entropy, including indicators of the location entropy and the various indicators weighted average integrated location entropy; then, the calculation results chart and from time to time, the space of the difference of the analysis.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the relevant factors about the renewable resources industry.The fifth chapter is the part of policy suggestion, combining the previous studies on the basis of three provinces in the northeast of China, to the development of renewable resources industry provides some recommendations; hope for the development of renewable resources industry gives certain theoretical guidance. The sixth chapter is conclusion summary of content, but also the last part of the thesis.
