Neijiang City Development Research, Renewable Resource Industries

With accelerating of China's industrialization and urbanization process, the bottleneck of resources and the environment has become increasingly prominent, that make the renewable resources industry more and more important as the development of the economic society .China's the renewable resources industry is still in early stage of development, the level of renewable and reusing about the renewable resources is low, and suffers such problems as decentralized operation, management loose, low level of industrialization. Neijiang City is located in southwest China. After 30 years of development, the city has become an important distribution center for renewable resources. Neijiang City has a good foundation for the development of renewable resources industry, but also faces some problems particular in the development of such industry. The depth- analysis to the renewable resources industry in Neijiang and exploring to its development and strategy is not only important for local economic and social development of Neijiang but has reference value for the development of renewable resources to other parts of the countryCombined with the actual situation of Neijian, its development status of renewable resources is deeply analyzed. And the thesis also gives it the comprehensive assessment from the angel of development opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages in background of the development of renewable resource industries in China. On the basis of analysis and reference of processing and utilization of waste plastics industry in Changzhou and Guangdong Qingyuan'comprehensive utilization of waste household appliances industry, the thesis explores the development strategy of renewable resources industry of Neijiang City. It is concluded that the following development measures should be made in order to promote the competitiveness of Neijiang'renewable resource industries: firstly it should integrate industry chains by the core business, build network system of renewable resources, realize simultaneously economic - social - environmental benefits by scientific designing of industry chain and technological innovation. Secondly, the industrial park should be constructed to realize the effects of scale economy and agglomeration economy. Thirdly, it is most important to actively seek support of the central and local government and obtain adequate protection, and ultimately achieve healthy and rapid development of Neijiang'renewable resource industries.
