China's rapid economic growth,at the same time also caused serious environmental problems and resource consumption,the recycling of waste materials is one of the important channel for resource acquisition,the development of renewable resources industry has significant strategic meaning and value.The district management park has unique policy advantages,technical advantages and the concept advantage,which is the inevitable choice for the development of China's renewable resources industry.The study of circle area management zone,help to speed up the development of renewable resources industry in our country,realize the sustainable development of economic and social have certain academic value and realistic significance.Based on sustainable development,circular economy theory and cost-benefit analysis theory as the instruction,according to the latest development of renewable resources industry policy in our country,the reference cost benefit analysis method as the research circle area of renewable resources management zone in the composition of the costs and benefits of tools,combined with the actual situation of our country,the pilot construction of renewable resources of south China in zhaoqing city industrial park,the park cost benefit analysis.First by looking at the circle area of renewable resources management zone and cost-effectiveness analysis of cost-benefit analysis of research status at home and abroad,summarizes the circle area the construction management and cost benefit analysis relies on the theoretical base of an analysis of the nature of the park construction,this paper discusses the cost benefit analysis in the circle of renewable resources management zone using the theoretical framework and methods.Secondly,the feasibility of the park,combined with the actual situation of the park,define the specific content of the cost effectiveness of the park.On the base of the theory,in zhaoqing city south China renewable resources industrial park,for example,compare the enterprises in the park before and after the cost-effectiveness of differences,as well as the area of 20 companies and the park Y enterprises outside the cost-benefit analysis,comparison of the two investment cost,the cost of production or operation,enterprise environment cost,the results found that enterprises in the park after affected by park formed the cost advantage,so enterprises in the park on the overall cost benefit is more superior to park outside the enterprise,enterprises in the park is better for the future development of choice.Research value of this article is,through cost-benefit analysis showed that park management park construction is the inevitable choice of the renewable resources industry development of our country,and provide the practical experience and theoretical support for the industry development,promote the development of renewable resources industry in the country,to protect the environment and sustainable development provides the technical support,promotes the production of industrial chain.The research also found problems in the construction plan,supervision and management,and the selection of enterprises.Because the circle area management area in our country is not a long time,the lack of relevant data,and this article only choose one of the park are analyzed,has certain limitation,research is not comprehensive,needs correcting methods,collecting data,further in-depth analysis.
