Research On Bank Process Reengineering

With China’s accession to the WTO,domestic enterprises are facing increasingly fierce international competition. China’s commercial banks quoted the Western advanced management methods-Six Sigma management, continuous to optimize workflow, improve service quality and efficiency, in order to start the competition with foreign banks and made a positive preparations.In the expanding foreign exchange and learning process, the financial companies learned the advanced management experience of the international financial industry,changed the working methods and management style, and introduced a lot of IT technology to improve the standardization of financial business. The Banking proposed the idea of building the Process Bank, and set the goals to provide the customers with full service and the concept that the process management ideas were applied to the customer service, which provided for the implementation of Six Sigma the foundation and possibility. As a system management, Six Sigma was used in financial firms.Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, and using of Six Sigma management principles and questionnaire analysis of the complementary method inthis paper, analyzed and evaluated the credit business processes of the specialized credit institutions, made the in-depth study on the process efficiency and the key influencing factors. The research has the theoretical and practical significance for the study of process management methods.
