Internal flows of commercial banks in our country shall consist of business flow, value flow and organization management flow. Business flow of banks includes a series of activities and combinations that create value for customers together and are related each other, it uses efficiency improvement as center and regards information of customers and internal source information of banks as processing targets; value flow of bank includes a series of activities that make cost and performance management of banks, create value and are related each other; organization flow of banks is reorganization of operation flows by implementing flat structure and rational authorization and according to the principle of being mostly favorable for customer value and for bank value so that cost, quality, customers' satisfaction and market reaction speed have large breakthroughs, it uses straightening out internal operation mechanism as center and regards business flow and value flow as service targets.For current situations that customer demand response capacity and internal source coordination capacity decrease, deal cost and operation cost are too high due to operation management of domestic banks according to traditional mechanism of "department bank" at present, the paper makes analysis and study on how to realize improvement of efficiency and effective control of risks and to establish long-term development mechanism in reform from the view of connecting internal flows of banks with markets, i.e., business flow, value flow and organization management flow of banks, so as to form new bank mode with flows as core, to straighten out internal flows of banks and to realize organic combination and maximization of benefit.Firstly, the paper makes brief introduction on study cause, study aim, theoretical basis, innovation and deficiency of internal flow reorganization of banks, and uses visual graphic flows to describe internal flows of commercial banks. Simple descriptions are made on development evolution of commercial banks, key analysis is made on business flow, value flow and organization management flow of banks and 11 symptoms are pointed out. For specification design of internal flow reorganization of commercial banks, the paper makes detailed descriptions from implementing business flow, value flow and organization management flow reorganization of banks from 11 aspects such as arrangement of optimal work flow, realization of organic integration of PAROC and EVA management technology and economic capital dynamic adjustment, implementation of organization flow reorganization by relying on flat structure and mechanism, puts forward three innovations, i.e., value flow and organization management flow reorganization, dynamic adjustment design of economic capital factor and internal flow reorganization from own adjustment, and makes favorable exploitation and attempt on internal flow reorganization of commercial banks from theory and practice. Finally, the paper makes brief descriptions on three basic implied meanings of internal flow reorganization of commercial banks and makes directional discussion on internal flow reorganization of banks from the view of theory.
