From the beginning of the1990s, as the supermarket has a important position in our national economy, it has been rapidly development in our country nowadays. Since the opening of the China’s retail industry, the broad market and the abundant labor market has attracted the eyes of many famous foreign retailers, such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, they want to place on this market have their own field, China’s retail industry is facing many challenges. China’s retail industry how to compete with world-class retail giant, the key is to enhance the core competitiveness of China’s retail industry, how to reorganize and improve our retail supply chain management system is to enhance the market competitiveness of the weapon, but also the core of the supermarket chains strategy. This paper from the supermarket chains supply chain to build discussion, hope to provide useful discussion.In this paper, the logistics theory, especially supply chain management theory as a guide, the first analysis of the status quo of China’s supermarket chain, and build a supermarket chain, supply chain design steps, and then study how to select supermarket chains supply chain partners, and establish a chain of supermarket supply chain management performance evaluation system, and finally a supermarket chain, supply chain management optimization strategies.The main work in the work of the following:(1) analysis of the status of supply chain management of supermarket chains in China, found mainly four issues:information lag, information sharing difficult; supplier managed inventory (VMI) advantages and disadvantages; zero for the relationship between emphasis on competition, cooperation awareness; supply chain inventory repeated serious. And through the8steps to design the supply chain of supermarket chains, as well as how to choose the chain of supply chain partners.(2) evaluate the performance of supply chain management of the supermarket chains, and the evaluation index system.(3) by integrating strategy, agile strategy and lean strategies to optimize supply chain management of the supermarket chains.
