The Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Argricultural Products Supply Chain Of Supermarket

With the rapid economic development, agricultural products as a necessity, it not only becomes an integral part of people's lives, but also its quality, nutrition, safe are more and more concerned in the community. The field of supply chain management of agricultural products in China is still in exploration and research, how to strengthen the agricultural supply chain management in supermarket, reducing waste in the circulation of agricultural products is valued and resolved by the enterprise to reduce costs. And supply chain performance evaluation of agricultural products in the supermarket chain can respond effectively business manage performance in this area, help to improve the whole supply chain competitive advantage, and it plays an extremely important part on a better development in competitive environment of the supply chain.In this paper, the theorys of supply chain and its management are fully understood, and then the existing supply chain performance evaluation system is analyed, and then supermarket chains in the special position of the supply chain and agricultural supply chain and the characteristics of its performance evaluation are contacted, so the supply chain performance evaluation system of agricultural products in the supermarket chain is built. Based on the existing supply chain performance evaluation theory and method, the index system based on the quality of services, operations, financial condition, information transfer, quality management in five areas is constructed. Index weights are determined by using interval AHP and the index membership is determined with trigonometric functions. Finally, the possibility degree and range of interval values and interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive are used to evaluate the agricultural supply chain in supermarket chains, and as an example, the evaluation methods are applied to a supermarket chain with one of its suppliers in the practice. According to the actual results of performance evaluation, the paper analyzes the reason why the actual results is inconsistent with the performance plan and proposes incentives to improve the results.
