Electric power industry construction are important economic foundation industry, he has the support to our country economy development and safeguard the people’s living power important responsibilities. But along with the rapid development of electric power construction, the current electric power construction also exists some hidden trouble, great input and low economic benefits, the management also has the loophole. And our country electric power construction project risk management is still in the initial stage, in our country planned economy period, the project investment is the main state is give priority to, the enterprise are state-owned enterprise as the main body, so when problems arise, the risk is basic to bear the by the state, to the interests of the enterprise not have too big effect, which lead to our present electric power construction project risk management consciousness.In the paper, the present situation of the development of the electric power project in China as the research background, first introduced in power engineering investment risks (?)lated on the basis of the theory from the perspective of project risk management, with current power engineering investment on the current status of power engineering investment process in various risk factors analysis, summed up, and establish the risk factors of comprehensive evaluation index system and project risk evaluation model. The analytical hierarchy process (ahp) determines the index weight, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to specific projects in the investment risk evaluation, the use of the two methods, improve the effect of the scientific test, has certain theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly USES the theory and empirical combination, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation method of (?)bining the, and with the empirical analysis and quantitative calculation is given priority to. Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk identification., assessment summed up a set of effective method, which can power engineering investment decisions in the process of getting specific application.
