It has a very great practical significance and research value.In this paper, on the basis of collecting a lot of data and information, combined with the actual work, we use several kinds of scientific research methods to lead the Feasibility Study on the Construction of Hongqi 220 kV Substation of Chengde Electri c Power Company,such as literature, research method, and comparative analysis and so on. First discussed the general situation of the engineering of substation, then make the selection of the transformer substation, make the planning of the transmission line path, then make the investment and cost analysis of the project, last get the conclusions of the feasibility study. It has a certain reference value to the feasibility study of 220 kV substation engineering.
