As China continues to improve the level of technological development, and extensive research related issues, countries are increasingly focusing on risk project a few years the existence of management problems, In this project, power grid construction, substation construction project is particularly important, risk manage this project that exists and orderly implementation of the project and to achieve sustainable development of power industry are closely related. If you can not judge the risk process may encounter assess project implementation and the timely and effective measures to guard against them, so in the actual implementation of the construction of the substation project, as long as there is a link flaws, the entire project will suffer serious losses, such as so that the project construction period is lengthened, in vain added some unnecessary investment, serious and even cause power grid accident, not only useless but will hurt the economic lives of innocent people.China at this stage is not yet established a set of comprehensive risk assessment system to manage risk substation construction of this project exist, because there is no comprehensive and objective analysis to predict and assess risks that may arise during implementation of the project would be constructed, it can not effective risk prevention, which can cause serious waste of resources, time and project extended losses and other issues, which hinder the smooth and orderly grid construction work carried out. Therefore, this article is to study management theory substation project construction risk, based on the judgment that the risk of a number of projects that may exist in the construction process, and analyze why this risk will generate, and then build from this perspective the existence of a specific substation construction project for evaluation of risk; in-depth analysis of several common risk assessment method, the LEC risk evaluation made further improvement; and proven the case ZC substation construction project, effective prevention of risk to make a series of different levels of planning.
