Project logistics is becoming a hot competition area of logistics market in recentyears, the G company as other COSCO Logistics sub companies, has dispatch theirpersonnel involved in Dongdian mode project to develop their own project manager,in order to develop project logistics business dependently. But most man sent by GCompany did not contact engineering logistics before, employees is difficult tounderstand the full range of a project’s overall management processes in the course ofpractice, and the company has not yet independent operation of a completeengineering logistics project. So G Company need a learning case on engineeringlogistics theory and practice of project management processes, this problem is whatthe article directly tries to solve. Therefore, the research process is use themanagement of scientific and theoretical knowledge to solve actual businessproblems.Firstly, the article describes the research background and significance of thetopic, literature review, research methods and content. Then，article describes thebasic theory, including the concept of engineering logistics and project managementprocesses, process stage theory, then describes the5W1H and ECRS improvementprinciples, and then illustrate the improvement steps. After that is described the Pengineering logistics’ background, logistics tasks and the implementation, and figureout three issues of project management, the cause of the problem management processand non-management process, but this article focuses on the research process work topromote.Next, according to the process work phase, article analysis P engineeringlogistics projects’ active tasks of various stages according to the project life cycle, andthen find out the various stages of the management process. After that, we use the"5W1H+ECRS" analysis method to analyze the existing management processes’three problems as start-up phase management process, and proposed to cancel theapproval procedures of the start-up phase and the other two correspondingimprovement measures. Finally, article discuss some problem of enterprise applicantsthe reference management process, based on the standardization of managementprocesses to enhance the effectiveness of project performance, proposed thatengineering logistics project management process standardization is relative anddynamic, and hoping to guide the enterprises correct understanding of projectmanagement process standardization in theory.Through the research of analysis and improvement, a nswered the enterprise’sproblems:―How about the process‖and―how to deal with the process work‖.
