In order to implement the development strategy of CPC Central Committee andState Council on “building an innovative country", promoting independent innovation,China Mobile has undertaken the important task of constructing TD-SCDMA networkthat has the independent intellectual property rights. Since January2007, China Mobilehas been carried out in238cities across the country three TD construction projects, tocomplete the business coverage of the hot zone in the most important prefecture-levelcities. To further increase the coverage of TD-SCDMA network, solving the needs ofhigh-speed wireless broadband access for data business users of the hot zone, ChinaMobile Group has launched a3G (TD-SCDMA) network four projects,after that, theTD network continuous coverage will achieve all urban areas, county-level cities, partof the county main city, including enhanced data card service, mobile TV and videotelephony3G services to the users of the coverage area. In order to improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises, many companies tend to take way to reduce costs,Florida Mobile is no exception. For the communications industry, in terms of time iscompetitive, the construction period, the shorter, the faster it will respond to the marketdemand, but also to the faster occupied as much of the market. Compressedconstruction period is especially critical. TD four projects in order to achieve this goal,the progress of the project management. In this article, I will discuss four projectsaround the the Dazhou Mobile TD. First of all I proceed from the background, thecharacteristics of the communication enterprise mobile communications engineeringconstruction, and then combined with practical examples for analysis, a Floridamoving the current stage of the existing problems and the basic situation analysis andpresentation. Which applied to some of the methods that will be frequently used in theproject schedule management. PMS (Project of Milestone Schedule project milestonesschedule), WBS (Work Breakdown Structures, work breakdown structure), CPM(Critical Path Method, critical path method). The use of these tools and methods tobetter analyze and study the problems mainly affect the progress of construction of theTD. Finally, for problems that already exist in the project, I use some of the technical tools for analysis and research, and propose appropriate solutions, greatly improvingthe construction progress of the project, making good effect.
