Communication operators to keep 4G depth coverage of absolute advantage,strong support for 4G users and business development,the development strategy of the new China Mobile "13th Five-Year" period,the "mobile changes life" to the "connection" strategy,will continue to strengthen infrastructure construction,by the end of 2016 4G base stations will be more than 1 million 400 thousand,test NB-Io T and e MTC 5G in 2020,efforts to promote the implementation of the mainland commercial China.Based on the project research and development of wireless base station DT company as the research object,the use of project management,project management and other relevant theoretical knowledge and methods to meet schedule management issues in the process of the project,combined with the actual situation of DT company,making targeted schedule,at the same time in the process of project implementation,take active measures for the development of the organization and implementation plan,control and adjustment,guarantee the successful completion of the task,to obtain good customer evaluation.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and practical investigation,this paper makes a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the progress management of the wireless base station project,and the main work is as follows:1)using the LECD damage assessment method proposed by Professor Graham in 1923 to manage risk,and combining the characteristics of the wireless base station project,the risk R restoration risk is incorporated into the risk analysis.The revised evaluation method is more suitable for the risk assessment of wireless base station projects.2)starting with the R & D project of the wireless base station,the project is decomposed by scientific methods,and the work breakdown structure diagram of DT company's base station R & D project is compiled by using WBS.3)through the study of theory of how to do the project schedule of the project,a detailed description of the progress in developing the plan,using the methods and tools of principle and system technology,some methods such as project work breakdown structure-WBS and management of the project schedule.4)using the principle of dynamic control of project schedule control,the principle of information and network planning technology principle,established the project development company DT wireless base station project schedule control process,the establishment of project management organization to control the progress of the project.Use dynamic monitoring method and use project progress report to control project schedule.In the implementation of project schedule control,use Gantt chart to compare project schedule and adjust project schedule.Finally,this paper takes the DT company's wireless base station construction project as an example,and studies the management model of the large base station construction and R & D project,which has been applied in the whole process of the project construction,and achieved good results.
