The Research Of Energy-saving Consulting Project’s Quality Management

Along with the government pay more and more attention to energy-saving and emission reduction in recent years, energy consulting industry is also increasing prosperous. However, as an emerging industry, energy-saving institutions are generally faced with a series of difficult problems,such as poor service quality, project quality management confusion. At present, there are few research and theoretical results about the quality management of energy-saving consulting project.The author hopes this study can supply advises to energy-saving consulting institutions about project management.The research object of this paper is the quality management of energy consulting project, and it uses many research methods,including:refering to literatures, questionnaire survey, causal analysis and summarized. First of all,the author introduces the research’s significance and background, and then describes theories of project quality management and total quality management. On the basis of the project quality management theory, the author introduces the application of quality management in Tianjin municipal center of energy-saving technology service, finally sums up the result of this paper.In the author’s opinion, to ensure the quality of energy-saving consulting project, first of all,it must improve the vocational level of consulting staffs,and strengthening their business abilities.In energy-saving consulting institutions,there should be set up the responsibility target of system. At the stage of preparing the project, it should be standardized that the flow of the project operation and uniform standard of the project’s quality.And during the whole process of the project, the process control of the qualityshould be strengthen. The energy-saving consulting report should be reviewed seriously.Finally,in the process of implementing the project,we need to sume up experiences,and improve the level of project’s quality management.
