Course Of The Project Quality Control And Application

Modern management knowledge is widely applied, not only in managing projects but also in operating ongoing business in the corporation. The main problem of project management is certain difference between client's requirement and the implementary result of project, and the difference which causes the implementary result of project cannot achieve client's satisfaction.The thesis introduces the process management to modern project management. Taking process quality control methods as theoretic background, the author studies project process quality control methods and evaluation methods. First, the thesis introduces process capability indices to project management evaluation and takes process capability indices as measuring indices. Second, through collecting key quality characters of key project or process quality control point, we can figure out relevant process capability indices to reflect the quality level of project, and try to improve project quality through the process quality control technology. Moreover, the thesis discusses project process quality evaluation system and implementary methods which both base on the process capability. In order to evaluate the whole project quality effect, the whole project goal can be divided into some subgoals whose achievements rely on the relevant subprocess. Through identifying key process of project and choosing quality control point, with the help of process capability indices of every subprocess and analyzing every subprocess's quality level or efficiency, quality evaluation can be established and relevant quality control methods can be used. Finally concrete implementary process is explained by a construction project.The features of this research are the following: One is taking process capability indices as measurements of different level of goals, and using process quality level to reflect project quality affect. The other is choosing key processes of project, identifying quality control point and analyzing every subprocesses' quality level of project. The third is to set up quality evaluation system which bases on the process capability and to give the relevant implementary methods.The thesis discusses how to use process to reflect project quality. The whole project quality level can be enhanced by controlling process quality especially key process quality.
