With the development of economy and society, the amount of Chinese large enterprise is increasing. Following the development of the enterprise, the management difficulty and management problems are increasing. Recently, more and more large enterprises adopt the management consulting method to solve the problems in the management of the enterprise and promote the reform of the enterprise. In order to solve problems occuring the process of managment consulting project and improve the quality of project implementations.This article focuses on management consulting projects of HUWANG group, and designs new whole process management system.This paper adopts life cycle theory and standardization theory to design the new process managment system of managment consulting projects, through a combination of literature research method, empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the analysis and study of the status quo, the management system of HUAWANG group management consulting project are proposed. First, With the combination managment system, characteristics and the development status of managment consulting, it is covered that the projecting phase, procurement, start-up, medium-term exmination, acceptance and follow-up phase to promote positive development of HUAWANG Group. Second, using systematic research and analysis for difficulties in the consulting process builds up a system fulling of evaluating methods for repeatability, necessariety et.al. Third, this article applied theories on the implement of managment consulting project in HUAWANG, resulting in positive results. According the applicating data, these new methods truely decrease projecting repeatability and control both timing cost and financial cost of consulting projects.The new process management system mentioned in this paper provides standardization, actual managment and operating methods for departments of large state-owned enterprise. Also, it enhances effiency and effectiveness of the managing process of consulting projects, which has positive influences on process controlling of managment consulting projects in Chinese large enterprise, in addition, it is merit for other corporations to understand how to construct their think tanks. |
