| Fu Qun Mineral LLC. is a Lead zinc ore corporation that makes great contribution tostate construction and local economy development. However, presently, on one hand mineralresource reserve reduces day by day, and on the other hand qualities of staffs is generally nothigh, the geographic location is comparably closed, the information degree is poor and theinvestment of exploring the mine is relatively little. Therefore, the enterprise developmentwill be seriously held back. Facing up with this situation, the government starts to close themwith policy care and offers policy and financial support for looking for the new mine. It willbring about the opportunity and hope for the further development of Fu Qun lead Zinc Ore.However, how to catch the chance and to rationally formulate the mineral enterprise’sdeveloping strategy are the important subjects put before the stuffs’ eyes.Refer to the strategic research result of Fu Qun lead Zinc Ore and the analysis of relevantmineral enterprises’ strategy thinking, in this paper, the author starts to analyze the externalenvironment of Fu Qun lead Zinc Ore, which includes the politics and law, the economy, theculture，the technology and the business situation, besides, this paper makes a systematicanalysis on the enterprise internal situation that includes its resource, competence, corecompetitiveness, value chain and the advantage and disadvantage, and the author puts forwardthe strategy thought by referring the above-mentioned analysis and the contemporary strategymanagement theories.
