In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural machinery has made considerable progress,and the construction of agricultural modernization has always been regarded as the top priority in the development of the national economy,especially after the year 2000 With the strong support of the national series of policies such as Huinong District's strengthening agriculture,the Mechanised agriculture has been developing rapidly and continuously.The deepening of economic globalization,the mutual penetration of the world economy,and the entry of large-scale foreign agricultural machinery into the domestic market have provided many ideas and references for domestic agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in terms of technology and industrial design Of course,domestic agricultural machinery production enterprises are facing greater challenges,competition is also more intense,including product quality and performance,durability and price,and other aspects.However,since 2015,China's agricultural machinery industry has ended the Golden Decade of high-speed growth and entered a stage of moderate and low-speed growth with deep adjustment Including the adjustment of the country's agricultural planting structure,the decline in downstream demand,the contraction of the state's credit policy,the drop in grain prices and other factors,so that the entire agricultural machinery industry has also been greatly impacted Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing enterprises have been affected to varying degrees.Many enterprises are trying to upgrade,including corporate transformation,product upgrading,manpower optimization and so on.Hebei Leiken Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Leiken)is a design,research and development and sales of agricultural machinery manufacturers,after years of rapid development,has a high reputation in the country,however,in the face of the weakness of the agricultural machinery market and the increasing competition among domestic agricultural machinery enterprises,there are problems such as technical breakthrough difficulties,capital chain break-up,operating turnover funds are under great pressure,and the company is facing bottlenecks in its development and is on the verge of bankruptcy Challenges in operating and developing strategies.This article takes Leiken Company as the research object,first of all,has made the analysis to the domestic and foreign agricultural machinery industry development and the present situation,has pointed out the domestic agricultural machinery development and the developed country agricultural machinery development disparity,then the state policy for a little statement and interpretation,the development of the company made a brief introduction.On the basis of a thorough investigation of Leiken,a series of analysis andresearch are done.Firstly,the environment of the harvester industry is analyzed by PEST analysis and porter's five forces model,and the conclusion is that the opportunity of the company is bigger than the threat Draw the conclusion that the internal disadvantage of the company is a little more than the advantage.Secondly,according to the strategic goal of the enterprise,it designs the alternative strategy,and uses SWOT analysis and QSPM method to analyze the alternative strategy in turn,and determines the strategy suitable for the enterprise development.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of enterprise strategy This paper expounds the following aspects:straightening out the organizational structure,standardizing the system management,improving the performance management and the incentive mechanism,optimizing the human resources allocation,etc.It is hoped that it can produce certain practical significance and reference value to the company and some other companies in the same industry in China.
