This paper is mainly tosolve the following problems：①the regional economic development levelundertakes comparative, explain the economic development in Qinghai province thecurrent situation of difference of area;②according to the influence of variousdistricts and counties of different factors, will the economic development of Qinghaiprovince is divided into three major areas, namely comprehensive development areain Loess Plateau, Qaidam Resources Development Region and Grassland ecologicalprotection areas;③the combination of different region types, respectively, from thenatural conditions, industrial structure, the cost of economic development,population and labor force quality and ideological aspects, analyzes the differencesof the economic development of the areas of different types;④according to the level of economic development and the current situation, put forward this area theCountermeasures of coordinated development.
